Captain Crunch For Grown-Ups

Sorry for the mundane posts about children's tv shows and cold cereal.
Yeah, life's not all that exciting lately. Oh, well.
I am working on a blanket for my dear Grandmother. I've also finished-up a few crochet projects that I'm pretty proud of, too.
But this caught my eye and as you know,
I love to share what makes me happy!
As we made our way towards the end of the cereal aisle...you know, the section where they have the organic/health-foody cereals,
we found this vision of loveliness...

How could I pass up a cereal by that name, huh?
(Not to mention, "Cereal Pillows!")
It happens to be really good.
Just like Captain Crunch.
Almost.

Don't laugh but when my sister and I were young my mom would only buy cornflakes. Truthfully there weren't near the cereal choices like we have today but there were several cereals we really wanted to buy and one of them was Captain Crunch. One year for Christmas I bought a box of CC with my Christmas savings, wrapped it, and put it under the tree for my sister. We still laugh about that present but it made such a fun memory for us!

YES!! I EAT this cereal! I LOOVE it! It really is like what you said Captain Crunch for grownups, LOL, I am dying laughing over here!!

I also eat the GoLean Crunch Honey Almond Flax..mix that in with some vanilla yogurt.. YUM!

(And yes, we are driving a loong long way, lol! Bobby's work won't pay for all of our plane tickets, just his..but they will pay for gas and hotels if he decides to drive..so that is why we are driving!) I don't hate to fly, but I would prefer to drive..you don't get to see much in the air, you know?) ooh, that was long, huh?

Enjoy your cereal pillows, lol!!
